Wheelchairs cannot be rented at Oracle Park. Bathrooms are generally clean and accessible in terms of sink level and having a stall. There are also separate accessible bathrooms around the concourse. During the game there is a minimal wait to use the bathroom.

The wait is definitely longer at the end of the 8th inning and right after the game has ended. Bathrooms are located about every 50 yards or so. Service animals are permitted entrance to Oracle Park. Oracle Park allows service dogs and minature horses but not other animals. Service animals must be proprerly trained and harnessed. Emotional support animals are not permitted. Owners are responsible for their animals and if they are causing a disruption, Oracle Park has the right to remove service animals.

The counters are completely flat surfaced and low enough for wheelchair-users. The waiting lanes are wide enough but there are some turns that could be difficult for a wheelchair. Assistive listening devices are available at no charge upon request at the Guest Services Station located on the Promenade Level behind Home Plate. A credit card or picture identification is required as a form of deposit. The Giants provide open captioning for all ballpark public address content on the dedicated captioning board located to the right of the DiamondVision display in centerfield.

Captioning is also available via the MLB. Guest Services personnel are stationed at the Guest Services Station, located behind home plate on the Promenade Level, for wheelchair requests, lost and found items, information about public transportation, game schedules, lost and found children and parents, and a variety of other services.

Guests with disabilities and their companions are given first priority for service at all elevators. In addition, at Willie Mays Plaza there are three escalators, which move guests up before and during the game and change direction after the sixth inning to bring guests down after the game.

Guest services personnel are posted at each ballpark entrance to assist any guest requiring assistance in locating their seats and ballpark services.

The First Aid Station, located on the Promenade Level behind Section , is open during all baseball games to provide evaluation and treatment to guests for minor medical needs. King American Ambulance Service is available for medical emergencies. Oracle Park is a great place for disabled spectators to watch a baseball game. Fan Services personnel and the stadium attendants assigned to each section are a big help in explaining how disabled spectators can best utilize the services inside the stadium.
